Have you ever thought what happens when the light goes out inside a fridge?

Because every cheese deserves a story.

About Me, Graham Morse

I am the creator of Beyond the Fridge, The Chronicles of Cheese Books — a series born from a weird dream 15 years ago in Bulgaria.

I have worked in the NHS for over 14 years, dedicating my career to the public sector while quietly nurturing a very different kind of idea. Fifteen years later, after this vivid and rather crazy dream, my imagination of the world of cheese characters still inspired silly stories. Life and work kept the idea tucked away – until now.

With a newfound passion for digital art and storytelling, I began honing my skills in Blender, eventually bringing this cheesy cast of characters to life through vibrant illustrations. At the start of 2025, I finally set out to share these quirky adventures with the world, blending humour, imagination, and a dash of science-inspired fun. I challenged myself to get it done.

When he’s not working or creating new tales, Graham enjoys exploring creativity through art, technology, and of course, a good bit of cheese.

Cheddar: The Nacho Average Cheese

This book is so good, I love it so much, my favourite part is when they go inside Ched’s house. I think it is a very funny book. It is funny and mysterious all at the same time. How did the portal open up? What happened to Emma? The pictures are great, they’re so good, I really like Sissy and Stringy is super funny. I would definitely like to read more adventures of beyond the fridge.

Cheddar: The Nacho Average Cheese

A funny, well thought out book about cheese. I love how the story makes you connect with the characters – especially Red, Ed & Ched.

I can’t wait to read Graham’s next book!
